Dram
Nose: Winter melons, leather, malted grains, raisins, sandalwood, white grapes, hints of peaches.
Mouthfeel: Heavy body, tingly, astringent, hot.
Tasting: Sour sweet. Leather, malted grains, raisins, honey, sandalwood, peaches, orange peel, hints of damson jam.
Finish: Long. Menthol, orange peel, peaches, sandalwood, malted grains.
Comments:
Herbal and fruity, with a lip smacking note of old leather. No water here, it’s very drinkable. Excellent Hazelburn, it’s not easy to get this set.
Verdict:
I like this a lot.
