Dram
Nose: Malted grains, honey, lemon sweets, barley sugar, white grapes, hints of pineapple jam.
Mouthfeel: Medium body, thickens, tingly, cool.
Tasting: Sweet sour. Mint, barley sugar, orange peel, malted grains, honey, pomegranates, white grapes, apricots.
Finish: Long. Cool, mint, barley sugar, orange peel, apricots, raisins.
Comments:
Excellent whisky, this - fruity and jammy, but with a cool minty edge that is very refreshing indeed. It’s at a decent strength as well, easy to drink yet flavourful. I enjoyed this very much, it’s lovely.
Verdict:
I like this a lot.
