Mouthfeel: Heavy body, cool, slippery, loosens slightly.
Tasting: Bitter sweet. Red grapes, raisins, camphor, fresh baked bread, black tea, hints of orange peel.
Finish: Medium. Chocolate, raisins, coffee, fresh baked bread.
Comments:
Quite a sweet, sherried dram - as it says in the tin. It’s all very normal, well balanced and well constructed. Not a lot more to say to be honest. A perfectly decent dram.
Verdict:
I like this.
