Nose: Rose, peaches, plums, apples, lemon sweets, hay, hints of grass, hints of strawberries.
Mouthfeel: Light body, airy, smooth, slightly watery.
Tasting: Bitter sweet. Cinnamon, roses, peaches, lemon sweets, grass, hints of nutmeg, hints of thyme.
Finish: Long. Chillies, nutmeg, grass.

Comments:

Reminds me of an extremely floral, highly perfumed Rosebank (perhaps accompanied by some Thai food). Very interesting, and very unlike bourbon.

I like this.
