Dram

Nose: Coca cola, lemon sweets, lavender, limes, honey, vanilla, custard, hints of chocolate.
Mouthfeel: Light body, thickens quickly, slightly astringent.
Tasting: Sweet. Chillies, chocolate, lemon sweets, hints of brass polish, hay, lavender, limes. With water, lemon juice and biscuits appear.
Finish: Medium. Chocolate, honey, limes.

Comments:

Subtle and muted at first. Requires a few drops of water to release the classic Rosebank lemony notes, and to me, biscuity notes. Quite tasty, although perhaps a mite too strong.

Verdict:

I like this.
