Nose: Cotton candy, caramel, raisins, vanilla, plums, limes, hints of banana. With water, leather, hints of peat, more plums appear.
Mouthfeel: Medium body, static, slightly astringent.
Tasting: Sweet sour. Cookie dough, marzipan, cotton candy, caramel, vanilla, limes, hints of raisins. Turns sweeter with water, plums, lemons sweets and honey appear.
Finish: Long. Limes, marzipan, plums, salt caramel.

Comments:

Sweet, tangy, and strangely uplifting. Reminds me of walking around a spring fairground, munching on cotton candy and toffee apples.

Verdict:

I like this.
