Nose: Peanuts, green peas, lemon zest, red currants, honey, allspice, cinder toffee, black pepper.

Tasting: Sour salty. Green peas, fresh cut grass, black pepper, oats, agave, lemon zest, hints of toast.
Finish: Short. Lemon zest, cinder toffee, fresh cut grass, toast.
Comments:
Australian whisky made from malt malted in a tumble dryer. Pretty cool. It’s very vegetal, lots of green things, including peas and agave, but also with a fragrant backbone that hints at sweetness. Lovely rye.
Verdict:
I like this a lot.
