Mouthfeel: Light body, loosens, slightly astringent, cool.
Tasting: Sweet sour. Dried apricots, green tea, green apples, chillies, leather, lemon zest, starfruit, honey, peaches.
Finish: Short. Peaches, dried apricots, leather, lemon zest, honey, cinnamon.
Comments:
Delicious stuff this, quite tart, almost like an apple sour. A jammy nose gives way to a burst of sour notes on tongue, leading to a short spicy finish. Rather good value.
