Nose: Peanuts, cotton sheets, pencil lead, fresh cut grass, heather honey, autumn leaves, coal smoke, hints of coal gas. With water, leather, smoked bacon, heather honey, lemon zest.
Mouthfeel: Light body, loosens, cool, tingly.

Finish: Long. Pencil lead, wet stones, leather, coal smoke.

Comments:

A feinty, sulphurous Laphroaig, quite bright and intense. A little water opens up some sweet, smoky meatiness.n interesting complex dram, less medicinal peat and more sulphurous peat.

Verdict:

I like this.
