Finish: Long. Peaches, nutmeg, barley sugar, hints of roast chicken.
Comments:
Cask 800264. Quite delicate for a Mortlach, some very sweet notes, but light ones. Still, there’s a strong hint of roast chicken, which goes very well with the stone fruit and spice.
Verdict:
I like this a lot.
