Silvery gold

Nose: Lemon zest, honeydew melons, vanilla sponge, white chocolate, preserved lemons, hints of green tea.
Mouthfeel: Light body, loosens, tingly, astringent.
Tasting: Sour bitter. Leather, preserved lemons, peat, lemon zest, green tea, jasmine, cloves, hints of white chocolate.
Finish: Medium. Green tea, jasmine, honeydew melons, peat, hints of white grapes.
Comments:
A tart and rather gentle Highland Park, lots of citrus, including salty citrus, but also a lot of floral, sweet notes. The peat is earthy and gentle, almost lickable. Some edges of soice complete the picture.
Verdict:
I like this a lot.
