Nose: Malted grains, kombucha, green apples, orange peel, vanilla, hints of green tea. 
Mouthfeel: Heavy body, thickens, syrupy, hot. 
Tasting:  Sweet sour. Green apples, pickle brine, orange peel, vanilla custard, fresh baked bread, hints of green tea. 
Finish: Long. Green apples, lemon juice, green tea, kombucha. 

Comments: 

Lovely and sharp, lots of interesting sour notes that I normally don’t find in whisky. There are some sweet cereally notes on the tongue as well. Very well constructed, and quite delicious.

Verdict:

I like this a lot.
