Comments:
Cask 423/2007. Surprisingly herbal and savoury for a Sherry cask. Lots of briny, earthy notes on the tongue. It’s surprisingly fragrant and bitter, but the finish is sweet and long with plenty of zesty notes. Lovely stuff.
Verdict:
I like this.
