Nose: Smoke, honey, leather, raisins, strawberry jam, germolene, hints of toast. 
Mouthfeel: Medium body, expands, slippery, cool. 
Tasting:  Bitter sweet. Autumn leaves, raisins, germolene, honey, yoghurt, hints of strawberry jam. 
Finish: Medium. Germolene, yoghurt, autumn leaves, honey, cocoa nibs. 

Comments: 

Young Caol Ila, a little lactic and with some sweet sherried notes. The harsher smoke notes have been tamed by the sherry cask, and so it’s more medicinal and antiseptic than usual.

I like this.
