Dram

Nose: Dark chocolate, sandalwood, salt caramel, coffee, vanilla, raisins, hints of toast, hints of roast pork. 
Mouthfeel: Medium body, loosens, airy, mouth coating. 
Tasting:  Sweet. Orange peel, dark chocolate, cloves, wheat beer, black pepper, salt caramel, hints of toast. 
Finish: Long. Damson jam, raisins, black pepper, wheat beer. 

Comments: 

Very sweet, with meaty undertones. Peppery as well, with lots of cereal notes, which seems to be a characteristic of the distillate. Decent dram.
