Comments:
Cask 3061. Quite uncompromising. Lots of herbaceous notes, with a fair bit of peat. Not much sweetness in evidence, but a little meatiness on the tongue. I’m in two minds about this, it’s interesting rather than enjoyable.
Verdict:
I like this a lot.
