Dram

Nose: Olive oil, linseed oil, cherries, fresh baked bread, malted milk, mint, honey, hints of roast pork. 
Mouthfeel: Light body, hot, airy, loosens. 
Tasting:  Sweet sour. Blackcurrant cordial, cherries, honey, sea salt, roast pork, olive oil. 
Finish: Medium. Mint, malted milk, cherries, hints of olive oil. 

Comments: 

Slightly atypical Tobermory, lacks a saline edge. Instead there’s a peppery note, like a good olive oil. There’s a good meaty richness, like cough syrup on top of roast pork. Highly enjoyable.

Verdict:

I like this a lot.
